In April and June 2020 I purchased two WavLink AC1200 (WV-WN579) units from WavLink Direct. The 12-month warranty still applies to both devices. nothing special. Until one of the squads died last week. Fully. It doesn't light up at all - even after a reboot. I emailed WavLink for help (to three different email addresses including customer service and contact). WavLink didn't bother to reply. Six days later I emailed WavLink saying I would make the incident public. They never bothered to reply. That's how much they value us customers. That's how important negative reviews are to them. Draw your own conclusions.
