Very well made, for $10. You cannot beat it.
Bought several sets of different diamond files, these were the best. Length of cut is excellent, @ 4". Width is @ 3/8". Full set includes full range of grits, with the grit number stated on the pouch. Pouch is not hard-backed, which makes rolling them up easy. I did notice that the finer grits tend to have a little show-through machining marks from the base metal, but since the surface is still flat, it does not affect performance for the majority of users.No better value out there, with acceptable quality.I may buy several sets of these for co-workers.
