I need to send a new (1) Front Pivot Single for my bike

I have a purchase as I know the front and rear for several bikes since Thursday with no problems but the last set I ordered is one of the printers the turn signals didn't work I have it sent it back, they refunded me the shipping cost but i didn't get a new turn signal.
