So this product was very easy to install, it took 15 minutes max. It's really plug and play, but I don't think some people understand how to do it, so here's my best way of explaining it. We remove the old light and separate the light bulbs. There should be 3 pears. Take the plugs from the new light and insert them into the lamp sockets. But there are only two, as you say, great, plug the middle to the middle and each end to the other end, you don't need both and here you have plug and play, plug everything away and you're good to go. There's a small gap, about 1/4 inch, which I don't like very much, but you hardly notice as you move away from the truck. I've used this to replace leaky lights and it's fully sealed which I like.
