Poor sealing Everything else is fine

No instructions and installation can be confusing if you are new to driving. The plug replaces a lightbulb and uses sketchy Christmas garland-style wire draped over plastic. Let's see how well this holds up over time. To make matters worse, the 1/4 inch foam pad attached to the brake light assembly that is attached to the brake light assembly does not compress sufficiently, preventing a tight flush mount. 2 bolt seals are supplied but not enough to seal properly. Cheaper and brighter OEM alternative, hopefully not phased out

Purchased to replace a broken and leaking Original Equipment brake light. Ease of installation. Just make sure the metal wires are properly inserted into the slots before connecting to your existing light bulb sockets. Be sure to connect the third brake light to the center socket and one light socket is empty and unconnected as they are LEDs not bulbs on either side. Really simple plug and play

So this product was very easy to install, it took 15 minutes max. It's really plug and play, but I don't think some people understand how to do it, so here's my best way of explaining it. We remove the old light and separate the light bulbs. There should be 3 pears. Take the plugs from the new light and insert them into the lamp sockets.
