I like how easy it is to use. It's very intuitive and allows me to see all of my social accounts in one place. I don't have to log into multiple platforms to see what I need to. The analytics are not as detailed as I would like but they do give some good data points for tracking. It's a great way to stay organized. I wish there was more granularity available so I could see more detail about each post. Also, their customer service can be lacking at times. If you're looking for a simple social media management solution, this is a great choice. It allows me to keep up with all of my social media without having to login to multiple platforms.
