I squeeze about 30 pounds of orange juice a day and this machine is perfect for me. The cheap ones don't match the volume and I can't justify the cost of buying a $2,000 industrial unit. If you can afford this juicer I would buy it because I think it is the best juicer on the market for home and restaurant use. Anyone who has a small business or just wants the best technology will love this. This cuts the time it takes to juice oranges by 1/2. Cleaning takes less than a minute. It's heavy, so be aware it needs to stay on your counter. There is one downside that a potential buyer of these powerful machines should be aware of. That means it can be TERRIBLE to work with because the cone spins so fast. Especially when juicing tangerines that can slip out of your hands and startle you when your hand touches the cone. You won't bleed or anything, but it's a shock. However, I found a workaround to solve this problem. When I make tangerine juice, I wear thick rubber dishwashing gloves to protect my hands. I feel more confident when I use more pressure and juice really quickly. Another way to get juice quickly is to lay the oranges face down after slicing. This makes it easier to quickly grab oranges for juicing, allowing you to grab one with your left hand while juicing with your right hand, and vice versa. I hope these tips I learned can help someone else. I'd just take it if you're on the fence like me because it's such a nice, quality machine.
