I have a Great Pyrenees - a 120 pound dog. I bought this product in February 2020 and used it 3 times. The product never worked, it just beeps when my dog barks. I thought it was because the breed was too big and the product just wasn't made for big breeds. The first two times I took it off to give the dog a rest or a bath, no problem. I should have just stopped using it but tried a third time. After putting it on, I took it off and found blood and two large puncture wounds on my neck where the device was supposed to vibrate or hit. We are in a COVID-19 situation and a vet is not deemed necessary so I am now taking him to the vet in the ER and paying $380 just to have him treated. I am very angry.
