Received with a faulty wall adapter that buzzed loudly as soon as it was plugged into an outlet - whether or not it was plugged into a preamp, across multiple outlets, surge protectors etc e. Despite the lack of information on the product page, this item is inexplicably classified as "Non-Returnable". Take a look at about 100 1-2 star reviews to see how many people (like me) have received defective devices with no official recourse. Luckily, Revain is what it is and a friendly support agent can help, but I wouldn't advise rolling the dice in this case. Bought an ART Pro Audio DJPRE II instead and it sounds much better and the wall adapter is quiet, just like a wall adapter should be.
