The USB connector was plugged into the case

After today's trip I tried to charge it by plugging in a standard USB plug. This action moved the port and rendered the device unusable. I cannot recommend a product that breaks after just a few uses. In one of the photos provided you can see the USB connector that has come loose from two solder joints. I think manufacturers should consider a more reliable connection for this charging port.
