I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the packaging and assembled my new chair. Very good for the price. I've noticed that some people are having trouble assembling these chairs so thought I'd give some advice. I used the large box that came with the kit as a workbench to assemble it. specifically placed on the back and arms. Simply place the seat upside down on the end of the drawer, attaching the backrest is easy as it will be at the correct height when you sit on the floor and attach it to the floor panel. Check for dirt in the holes before attempting to tighten the screws with your fingers. If there is scale in the hole, carefully remove it with a toothpick. The screws have a blue mount, making them difficult to screw in. Therefore, first tighten them hand-tight. Do not tighten the ground screws until you have attached the brackets. Gives you range of motion when you attach your arms to your back. Now the backrest is loosely attached and the chair is still upside down on the box so the armrests can be easily attached and the box holds the chair in the perfect position. Again check for fabric or dirt in the holes before tightening the screws. Loosely install both levers, beginning again with each screw with your fingers, and then tightening all lever screws and baseplate screws. Just flip it over and place it on the base jack and you're done. It took me longer to unroll all the pieces than to put them together. USE OF THE CHAIR RELAX BOX. About 20 minutes. I like the look and comfort for my specific needs. But your needs may be different, so do your research before buying something like this online. I use it like a regular computer chair, leaning forward the whole time. The pillow is excellent, it reclines comfortably too, but it doesn't recline at all. But it reclines enough to be comfortable. I almost bought a used CC office chair for $150, but I decided to spend a little more and take a chance and buy this one. Glad you did!
