If you read the other reviews you might have noticed that the chair is missing some screws. It is true. It is missing 4 metric mounting screws needed to attach the lower moving part of the chair. I found a match at Home Depot by using one of the shorter screws to get M6-1.0 x 30mm machine screws with washers.
