100% satisfied, high quality and solidly made

I'm really impressed by the quality of the charger, the whole thing feels very well and solidly made, the cord, the charge head, the charge plug, you can tell they are made of high quality materials.
You also get an extension power cord just in case your plug is far away, which is convenient and very thoughtful from the manufacture!Overall, 100% satisfied with purchase and no complaints whatsoever at all! :)

Pros

Battery works great. Good instructions and all the tools you need to be successful.

Cons

The battery might randomly shut off the laptop

If you have a Surface you know about the problem with the power cords not lasting very long. This is the second one of these cords that I have purchased because I like it so much. This one is for my husband''s Surface. The delivery came quickly and was packaged well. The cord is extra long to reach any outlet. It charges quickly. I highly recommend.
