This device has many good features and only one downside, but it's big. Image quality is excellent, easy to adjust and bright enough in the right conditions. *However* this device has a "Normal Power" mode and an "ECO Power Saving" mode. At normal output, the bulb is operating at full output with the expected brightness, and that's a great picture! BUT, the fan accelerates to the speed and noise level of the VACUUM CLEANER! Anyone who needs adequate silence in the room will be forced to operate the device in ECO mode and thus work with a dimmer. This is really very bad and worth deducting two stars from a 5 star device.
