I received this steamer as a gift and found the valve was broken so I bought one of the above and tried it and it was leaking. no vapor but didn't seem to be squeezing well then the new valve broke ARHHHH! After staring at the receiver in the car for a long time, I realized I was looking at the back of the old valve that was stuck in the car, pulled a little with pliers and it popped, and yes, it was the top of the old valve . Installed my second new valve and everything worked great. IF you see an orange washer in the car, it's the back of the old valve!
