For less then $10 these aren't that bad!
So for less then $10 I was pleasantly surprised. Will these last forever? Probably not, but if you're looking for something for a quick evening or just temporary fun, I'd recommend. They shed a bit when using them and one had the clip assembled backwards and another was broken, but again, for $10 I'm not expecting the absolute highest quality ever. We were able to use them to make an awesome looking style for an Under the Sea evening so I would definitely say give these a try.
