This item worked "okay" for about 6 months (it never produced the output that a 10" wall mount subwoofer has) and then two nights ago he made a loud electronic squeak and died. I've checked the power supply, the fuse, my receiver, anything I can think of might be affecting this. Then I went to the manufacturer's website who directed me back to the reseller (Revain) and Revain doesn't support it. To make matters worse, it's non-refundable so I lost $200.00 clean and easy. Having had a creative desktop amp still working after 12 years is unacceptable, I will NEVER do that. something from Goldwood again, what an excitement.
