I have had a Cuisinart 8 cup food processor for many years and it has worked very well. I would love to have an attachment like this for it, but unfortunately I had to buy a new 13 cup processor just to be able to use this attachment. The nozzle itself works great in most cases. What used to take hours to dice with a knife or hand-held dice now takes minutes, although it takes a bit of smothering for denser things like beets and carrots. If you're dicing multiple foods and mixing them all together, cut up the softer veggies first, then gradually move on to the firmer ones. Cube size 10mm. I prefer the smaller 8mm cubes. Not a big deal but I hope they offer 8mm and more 16mm options in the future. Also, the cube grate ejector is a little clumsy when you need to push carrots and beets out of the grate.
