Review on Power Z23 1349 Evolution Sport Brake by Billy Mariner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Studless Good stopping power

I ordered these pads after a few days of inspection and decided to give it a try. My car started squealing from the low tires. I bought carbon fiber and ceramic front and rear. The pads arrived quickly and I noticed that the front pads had no hardware but the rear pads did. I contacted PowerStop and they mentioned that the pads don't come with the hardware but if there is a problem with them they will happily swap them out. I didn't need any equipment. So I went ahead and installed them and first impressions after the break in period is that they are pretty good which is a plus, they hold up pretty darn well and the dust factor is good, they've only been up for a month so it'll be the ones show time. I recommended these brake pads. (Porsche Panamera) *Update 25 Jan 21. The pads have exceeded expectations, sometimes I say "shy"*, that's some stopping power to remember. Much better than the OEM Brembo they had before. Dust factor IMHO. Well, it still produces some dust, but definitely not as much as before. I just added some new Zimmermann ported and slotted rotors to the mix. doesn't really do anything else to stop the power, but it looks a lot better and is smooth and quiet.

Pros
  • Powder coated backing plate for longer life by resisting rust and corrosion
Cons
