MY air conditioning only worked on high. Replacing this part fixed the bottom 3 speeds. The part worked great. The exchange was a bit tricky - after reading other comments/tips it took about 20 minutes. Remove the glove box by loosening the fixing screw, remove the green connector (red lock first), then you can see it. make sure you have plenty of light. The plug faces the back of the seat and it took me a few minutes to figure out where it was. USEFUL: Remove the top and bottom bolts BEFORE disconnecting the wiring harness. I was able to get there with a 1/4" ratchet and ratchet wrench. You can then gently pull it out so it's hanging down. Can't unscrew it back. Screw it back on, reconnect the wiring harness, and hook up everything else back on in reverse order.Again, the more light, the better you can see. Most of the work is done from below, so be prepared to bend over quite a bit.
