Excellent Service & Customer Management Software

It's easy to use, has great customer service support and best of all, it does exactly what it says. Brandle provides a great experience for our team in terms of managing our accounts as well as keeping up with our competitors. I love how efficient and quick they are at getting back to customers. Sometimes it takes them a bit longer than we're used to receiving answers. But overall there has been zero complaints from us. It would be nice if there was an option to have multiple managers within one account so that could help out. We were having issues with too many posts going through which slowed down customer response times as well as our own post loaders that we rely on. The product solved those issues by giving us a more organized way to categorize our campaigns. Now our posts go into separate buckets instead of just being posted out of order. I like that it's easy enough anyone can use without having any experience or technical know-how of computers (like me). It makes managing my online reputation very simple with all kinds of tools available at one place! Sometimes there are issues but they're quickly resolved by emailing support@brandelabsolutionservices.com - so far this year we haven't had many problems in over 1yr since using them!!
