I bought this product thinking it would be gentler on my mouth when my mouth hurts. As expected, I was also able to use this product on mouth ulcers without pain! Despite having a citrus element, it was so gentle compared to other mouthwashes. The taste isn't overwhelming either; that is so pleasant. PSI also bought individually wrapped ones for work because I work 13 hour days. As a nurse, sometimes you don't even have time to brush your teeth, but just use this product to freshen your breath and get rid of that sugary residue from morning coffee! 100% recommended for everyday use and also for times when you can't brush your teeth!
