Although this board is branded as "omni-directional", it tilts better front to back and not side to side due to its shape. This is a really stable board and has a slight rocking motion. This is a good option for those that have standing desks since the slight movements help reduce fatigue without making you feel like you are going to slip and fall.The wood board has a nice weight to it and is laminated all the way around with no rough edges. For my own preference, I wish that the was just a little more "rock" to this board.
