I normally wear an XL, and have a little room to move in, not baggy or anything else. And usually I wear a t shirt under a shirtjac for warmth and comfort. Wearing a t shirt under this item is just too restrictive. It is also kinda light weight cotton so given I cannot fit a t-shirt under, I guess this will be useful for spring/fall daytime wear. If this describes what you are looking for then it seems reasonably well made.
