This unit has worked great for a year. (as well as any other dehumidifier). then failed. When switching on, the error "Refrigerant" "E5" is reported; However, this is just bad design. The temperature sensor goes through several AC power lines and will likely just cause irreparable damage to the thermistor that senses the temperature of the coil. Just bad build quality. This is clearly an electronics glitch as the coils were completely frozen when turned on but the coil temp showed at 122F (obviously wrong!). Stay away! Cuts everywhere - we are waiting for a response from the warranty department.
