Not really 512GB

I got the card, put it in my R5 and went to format it to find out it's 476GB not 512GB! I converted it to 8k 24p 12-bit RAW using the Kolari Vision Heatsink mod and got a solid 476GB 28:11 single file! I want the card to be the stated size and I got what I paid for but it's not so I'm returning it. It would be great,
