Review on 🍾 FERRODAY Stainless Steel Carbonation Cap for Effortless Soda, Beer, and Water Bottle Filling by Kamil Campbell

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Very good, commercial grade quality and reliability

I only bought this soda keg valve adapter because I read that the "Carbonator" adapter I bought was made out of plastic , has received poor durability ratings. To this day, I still use a plastic carbonator, but I'm so addicted to sparkling water that I thought it would cost $18 to have this stainless steel cap as a replacement. One aspect I'm curious about and want to try is the nipple on the underside of the lid. He gets a quarter inch hose that can be lowered into the water as long as the pressure is on. I think adding CO2 gas directly to the water can speed up the carbonation process because it agitates the water. The blue carbonator does not have this connection, so the gas is injected into the bottle and stays at the top of the bottle for a long time; Therefore, it is necessary to shake the bottle and spray CO2, as many YouTubers advise. I'm not sure if my theory is correct here, so I'll concede to anyone who knows more about the action of a gas pipe suspended in water. Fixed: I threw away the blue plastic carbonator cap and used the stainless steel one. Thats much better. It is more precisely cut than plastic. The steel threads merge very smoothly into the threads of the plastic PET bottle. The nipple on the underside of the lid is useful: I attached a 6" plastic hose that allows you to inject gas directly into the water, just like the flawed design of the Sodastream design (the downside of the Sodastream is the gasket). between bottle and machine defective). This stainless steel lid seems expensive to me, but I'm 65 years old and everything seems too expensive to me.
