I bought these 5 oz. mugs because I enjoy my coffee with half espresso, half milk and for some reason it is really hard to find mugs this size that aren't really expensive. These are very lightweight mugs that are really great at keeping your drink warm. I have these countertops that get really freezing by morning and so I thought when I set these thin little glass mugs on the countertop the drink would get cold very fast (I hate lukewarm coffee) but to my surprise the weigh they are insulated works really well! I was also nervous they would break easily but so far they seem pretty good. I first was only hand washing them but decided to stick them in the dishwasher and they made it! Whew. I also think the size is perfect. I don't have to drink a giant mug of coffee to have my glass full anymore. Love these mugs!
