Installed these on my monster cross bike project and so far I like them, generally the lugs are too thin, too sharp on the edges and they started to tear into the softer part of the double compound Sole on the shoes I wear on the trails. A firmer compound sole would probably work, but instead of buying new shoes I bought other pedals with less aggressive lugs. Their quality is generally good to very good. I liked the comfort, fit, and general build quality, but those sharp spikes pushed them into the parts bin. I understand they are making some changes to the included cleats so maybe this will be something that will eventually be sorted out. If I end up putting them on another bike, I'll probably either remove the studs or at least polish their edges to a rounder profile.
