The valve doesn't always close as I feel the magnet isn't strong enough for the size of this door.

I have contacted the support team to let them know about the valve on this product. I was told they don't sell individual parts and frames. They don't seem very interested in helping me, although they did include a card that said if I can't give them 5 stars please contact this number and not Amazon. The frame is made of metal and makes a very stable impression. It would be nice to have two wings instead of one as there are issues with the wing not always closing. Worried about losing a lot of cold air during the hot Arizona summer months. I'd like to get another one to put on the outside and make a dual valve out of it.
