Perfect size and shape
I've been looking for a Chemex filter like this for a long time as I suffer from more awkward square filters (use scissors to try to fit them). This fits perfectly in my Chemex 3 cup carafe. I noticed someone gave this review 1 star because it needs to be folded, but it would be quite inconvenient to store pre-folded conical filters like this and folding only takes a few seconds. Highly recommended based on my experience.
- Step 3: Put the coffee in a filter paper bag. Use a heaping tablespoon per cup of coffee (adjust to personal taste after first brewing if necessary). See the brewing guide for more steps.
