Review on ➿ DonJoy Performance WEBTECH Knee Support Brace: Enhanced Stability and Compression Undersleeve by Phil Kuebler

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Just didn't work, maybe too small

First I had an ACL repair and a second surgery for another meniscus tear and I broke something again and I I have a very unstable knee. I have a $1200 DonJoy sports brace that works great. I'm just looking for something to help with daily activities, light sports with the kids, and hiking. Not worn long enough to really check, I think the sizing doesn't match the design, I was a medium at first and the straps were in a good position, but the hinges were far in the front and not on the sides of my knee, i went back and got a big one and the loops/axles were still quite far forward and the straps were now at max tension any stretch over time and they overlapped only to bypass the straps they came off the velcro twice . Stability seemed good, support seemed good, but comfort outside the window when there isn't a full flex option when crouching depends on foot size and fit. It's probably good for long walks, not really an activity in my view.

Pros
  • Biaxial hinges work with a rod to improve fit and articulation
Cons
  • Quality
