The ability to track products, customers, vendors are some of the benefits I like most about keyplm management system. Also easy to use interface is something which I liked too much about the software. But I must say the support team they provide very very fast to solve issues raised by users. I recommend this software for companies that need a reliable and easily accessible tool. As one can not access the site when office or country wide quarantine happens. So it's really hard to make sales with them. Also you cannot track your orders, customer info. This software helps us organize our work in such a way that we can concentrate more on creating new things rather than doing everything from scratch every time. I like that it has a lot of features. It's very easy to use and navigate. The customer service is also great. There are some things I dislike about this product. I would say the interface could be more user friendly. And there isn't much support for mobile devices. If you want a system that can do a lot of different things, this is the one to go with. We have been able to do so many different things with this software.
