They were very helpful in getting my network back online after an incident with ransomware that was causing issues for many businesses throughout Texas, including mine! I cannot say enough good things about this team - they are extremely professional yet personable & easy going as well!! Everyone at SNC should be commended because it takes more than just great technicians/engineer but also their dedication towards customer service which makes them stand out from other companies we have worked wtih over time (and trust me there's been some).

We had several incidents where customers would get locked down by malware or viruses etc., so when one did hit us everything came crashing down like dominoes since all systems rely heavily upon eachothers' functionality if not properly maintained. This made recovery difficult especially given how much data could potentially need recovered depending what system(S) got infected during any particular period.
