I like that they are always looking for ways to improve their service, which makes them very adaptable. The customer service reps also seem to be very knowledgeable about the products/services that they offer. There was a time where my account would randomly get charged twice or more within a few weeks. It wasn't a large amount but it still annoyed me.
I'm sorry I can't remember the last time this happened again, so I don't know if it's been resolved. Secure Networkers has helped us with all of
