Review on Keeper 06052 Mini Bungee Cord by John Iverson

I bought a bike rack to transport the bikes my husband and I bought in Florida so we can safely transport them home to Michigan. I bought this bungee as an added safety measure to ensure the bikes were secure while doing a few hundred miles on the freeway at 60-70. When they arrived I was very disappointed. They looked so thin and fragile I wouldn't trust them to hold anything. I was expecting 10 inch bungees (and they are) but thought they were thick like "regular" bungees. They are about the size of a pencil. I'm sure they can be used for small items that you want to hold, but I wouldn't even think they would do much work, like attaching two bikes to a bike rack and driving a car. over 300km. I buy heavy ones for the ride home.
