Broken remote/device won't turn off
The remote turns on the TV, ends our show, and takes us home and whatever else it wants to do, all without us touching the remote. Now the volume control doesn't work anymore. Also, the Roku device does not turn off when the power button is pressed. It just turns off the TV, so we'll have to unplug the Roku when we're not using it and plug it back in when we're ready to use it.
