Even though they were advertised as being delicate and appropriate for people with a variety of skin types, a few of the skin care products I purchased gave me irritation and led to breakouts. In addition, the body piercing and tattoo supplies that I bought were of a lower standard than what I was accustomed to, and the end result was that I was underwhelmed by the work that I had done. To make matters even worse, Yoomay's lackluster customer support added insult to injury. The employees did not seem very knowledgeable about the products that they carried and gave the impression that they were not interested in assisting me with my purchases. I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to assist when I brought up my concerns about the quality of the products. My time spent with Yoomay was, on the whole, a negative experience. In spite of the fact that they have an admirable philosophy, I was disappointed by the standard of their products and the assistance they provided to customers. This is not a retailer I would recommend to anyone seeking for pleasant shopping experiences or high-quality personal care products.
