Makhry Online Store's Disappointing Customer Service

I'm sorry to say that I've had some bad luck with Makhry Online Store as of late. Their goods are satisfactory, but their service fell short of expectations. The so-called "experts" they brag about were not nearly as accommodating or well-versed as advertised. A generic and unhelpful answer was given to my inquiry about a specific product. I attempted to explain myself more clearly, but the representative was unhelpful and uninterested. It was annoying, and it made me feel like I wasn't important to them as a client. The shipping procedure was another one of my complaints. My order arrived after the promised date, and when I contacted the company about the delay, I received a sluggish answer and no apology. Overall, Makhry Online Store's customer service was a letdown, even if the goods themselves were passable. Do not do business with them unless you enjoy dealing with unhelpful customer service agents and a lack of responsibility.
