Review on Enhanced Performance and Durability with the New Star Commercial Kitchen Sheet by Ken Vargas

I have a small kitchen and bake a lot of bread, cakes and cookies. This fantastic rack holds 20 (TWENTY people!) half-size baking sheets. This way I can bake cookie dough sheets, rolls or bread waiting to go into the oven on one side and cookies cooling on the other. I also ordered a full size baking sheet to be used on the top rack to place jars of bread flour, pastry flour, semolina and sugar for easy access. I keep the shelf next to my maple John Boos desk and it's the perfect height. Easy assembly, durable, great price. I use it every day and am very glad I bought it. If you bake a lot, don't hesitate to buy. The only thing I need now is a double oven!
