Nice addition to workout routines
This is a nice set of resistance bands that are well made and come in a several different weights. I didn’t realize how versatile these were until I tried them out. My husband stacks several of them together and hooks them to his bench in place of free weights while I use the ankle straps and handles (with a lot less weight) for stretching and lighter workouts. They’re easy to travel with and take up very little space when not in use, which are big pros over weights. These have been great to have since I’ve been spending so much time at home recently. There are tons of workout videos available using resistance bands and they also work nicely when used to amp up your regular routine.
