What I didn't like was that it was only supposed to put a drop of ash in it so you can fill it all the way up Heart, you loosen the screw, put a drop in it, and the screw takes up more space than the amount of ashes you can actually put in the necklace. but I love that at least I can always have my little one with me. But they also need to update their system to make it easier to add pet names to the necklace like they say we can.
