Review on Viatti Strada Asimmetrico V-130 205/55 R16 91V summer by Wiktor Janic ᠌

Very pleased with this purchase, will recommend it to everyone!

In March-April began to think about buying summer tires. For a long time I looked at budget options from well-known brands. But they were not satisfied with excessive softness and rubber of average quality. Every morning on the way to work there was a viatti ad on the radio, well I guess I should check it out. I open a market - the price is affordable, there are a lot of reviews. I went to the store, felt, twisted - took =) Those who saw what kind of rubber they took - they said that it was tough (how they know, it’s not clear, they themselves never drove it). It feels hard to the touch, but when driving it feels a little soft (definitely not hard) - ideal for conditions with poor quality road surfaces, cottages and jumping along curbs =) It was noisy at first, then it got quieter. I changed my shoes early, so I found the snow that had fallen again: the rubber surprised me with its unpretentiousness to water and slush, it drains water very well (it would have lifted it on a winter car). I noticed that there are a lot of negative reviews specifically for the size for the VAZ - nines, tens, viburnums, priors, grants. I don't know if they are right. But for FF2 in size 205/55/16, they justify their price with a large margin, compared to budget ones from well-known brands.

Pros
  • Budget price. Quality rubber (wear resistant). Handling in wet weather.
Cons
  • Heavy.
