Holds not only many burrito-sized tortillas, but also buns, pancakes, french toast, waffles or anything else you can cook individually or in pairs Time. The tortillas I made last night are still soft and pliable today. They may not be warm yet, but they won't harden before they're ready to be rolled up or eaten. There's no odor as another reviewer said, and it's incredibly easy to clean, just wash with soapy water. It's actually more terracotta than orange and has a lovely design that would look great on a table. All in all we're very happy and I'm looking forward to taking a lot from it.
