I like that this web host has very friendly customer service. They are willing to work with you if you have any issues or concerns. The interface is also easy for anyone who is new to using computers to figure out. It's not much different from other companies in terms of features but it does give some extra benefits over others. For example, they do offer free hosting which can be very helpful when trying to get your site up as well as having unlimited disk space. Sometimes there will be errors caused by scripts hosted at another domain (sometimes even my own) causing problems with the website loading slowly. This makes me consider switching hosts again before the error goes away. The customer service is excellent! They are always willing to help us with our questions or problems we may have when using their services. If there was anything I did not like it would be that sometimes they update things really slow but other than this everything has been great so far!! We use them for hosting several websites (church related). It's very easy because all you need from your end as an owner/user if just set up correctly in cpanel which makes managing multiple sites super simple.
