The customer service was great! They were very helpful in answering any questions I had about hosting my website with them as well as providing many suggestions to improve it. It is also easy for customers to navigate through their site so that they can find what they are looking for quickly and easily. There are not too many positives about this product at all. We used it primarily because we have a church hosted there for our congregation's use and needed more storage space than a shared host

I like that this web host has very friendly customer service. They are willing to work with you if you have any issues or concerns. It is very easy to set up an account with them for church use! I have been able fix some little issues that arose when we were setting it all together (like getting rid off old domains).
