The customer service was great! They were very helpful in answering any questions I had about hosting my website with them as well as providing many suggestions to improve it. It is also easy for customers to navigate through their site so that they can find what they are looking for quickly and easily. There are not too many positives about this product at all. We used it primarily because we have a church hosted there for our congregation's use and needed more storage space than a shared host could offer us. Their prices may be higher than other hosts but I don't think you'd get anything less from another host if you compare apples to apples. If your primary goal is just getting something up and running fast then go ahead and do it using one of the free services out there like Google's Blogger or WordPress.com etc. But if you want an actual professional quality web presence (i.e., having someone else take care of things while you focus on ministry) then this might.
