I like that it has many different options to choose from in terms of payment plans. It is not too expensive for anyone who wants to get their website up and running or even just maintain one. There could be more customer service reps available at times as well. The support team does an excellent job answering questions when they do come through though! It's great to have so much flexibility with your hosting plan and being able to switch between them whenever you want without having to pay extra fees each time you change providers. We are now able to create our own websites using WordPress which we couldn't before due to lack of technical knowledge.
