The steel construction bends easily. After half a year of use, the bottle was dented from falls from 2-4 feet. The bottom of the bottle was so dented that the bottle would not stand upright on flat surfaces. I lost the bottle the last time it slipped out of my backpack on the bus. I'll look for something else as a replacement.
