The product appears to be a good buy. Until you install it and turn it on. The cold water regulator inside the faucet is not working properly. If you put the handle where you get "warm" water, it gets hot quickly because not enough cold water comes out to cool the hot water. Our hot water isn't set to the hottest temperature either, and that's the second tap! (We thought it was just a broken one, so we ordered a replacement; this one is bad too!) Spend the extra money on a better faucet and save yourself a headache and time by installing multiple faucets!
